Frequently asked questions and answers
- What determines the cost of an order?
The cost of work depends on many factors – type of work, volume (number of pages, presence of research), deadlines, work requirements (methodological guidelines and personal requests from the supervisor), level of uniqueness (the amount of original content; the higher it is, the more expensive it may be), and topic complexity (how accessible the information on the topic is in available sources).
- Is it necessary to have methodological guidelines, and where can they be obtained?
In most cases, methodological guidelines play an important role in writing, as they contain all the requirements from supervisors regarding the structure and formatting of the work. Methodological guidelines are usually provided along with the assignment or found in the student’s electronic cabinet/on the university’s website platform. Less commonly, they can be obtained from the library or from senior students/classmates. When placing an order, we always clarify this, as it may affect both the cost and the final work. If there are no methodological guidelines, authors will follow standard writing requirements.
- How long does it take to complete my work?
We adjust to the client’s deadlines, so we can complete the work as quickly as needed.
- Can I communicate with the author?
No, the client is assisted by a personal manager who answers all questions and helps resolve issues. The manager communicates directly with the author and relays questions, answers, completed work, and any important clarifications.
- I submitted a request. When will I receive a call back?
After submitting a request, a manager will contact the client via messaging apps within 1 hour to clarify all details in written format. We do not discuss work details over the phone.
- When will I receive my completed work?
The client receives the completed work according to the initial requirements (when placing the order). No later than the specified deadline
- What if the professor asks for revisions?
Revisions to the work are completely normal, as this is part of the supervisor’s role. The client can request unlimited revisions within one month from the date of receiving the work. For thesis papers, the revision period is extended to 2 months. Revisions will be free of charge within these timeframes, provided they do not contradict the initial requirements.
- What guarantees do you provide?
We operate officially. Payments are accepted only via bank transfer. Work quality – our team consists of only qualified specialists who complete tasks according to the provided requirements. We also guarantee that the work will be completed within the agreed deadlines without delays. Confidentiality – all data and records remain confidential, we do not share them with third parties, and we guarantee complete anonymity.
- I don’t have a plan and don’t know the requirements
No problem! Our authors can draft a plan for the work and send it to the client for approval. If there are no methodological guidelines, the work will be completed and formatted according to standard writing requirements. The key here is to have an approved topic. If choosing a topic is an issue, our authors can also suggest a list of topics for approval with the supervisor.
- How long will you be writing my work?
The level of uniqueness depends on the client’s requirements and the type of work. For coursework, theses, and essays, it usually ranges from 40% to 90% (based on the plagiarism detection system used by the university). For research papers and dissertations, uniqueness may be higher – from 85% to 90%. All works are checked through plagiarism detection systems, and a report is provided along with the completed work.
