• Students registered as internally displaced persons, until the completion of their studies, but no later than their 23rd birthday.
• Students with disabilities in Groups I-III.
• Students whose parents or guardians were participants of the Revolution of Dignity, combatants, persons disabled due to war, or defenders of Ukraine. This scholarship is granted only until the student completes their studies but no later than their 23rd birthday.
• Individuals living in front-line settlements, until they complete their studies, but no later than their 23rd birthday.
