The structure of the thesis

Such structural elements should be mandatory in your work:

Rules for writing a thesis

In order to do everything right and avoid comments regarding the design of your thesis, it is strongly recommended to follow all the rules regarding the design of the diploma.
The text of the completed work must be printed on a computer, on one side of paper, white, of course, in A4 format. The font is standard – Times New Roman, 14 pt, intervals are 1.5. The calculation should be no more than 40 lines per page. The fields also play an important role in the design, their dimensions should be as follows: upper, lower and left – 20 mm, right – 10 mm. Another mandatory condition is that all pages in the thesis must be numbered, including the title page.
It is also important that each structural element of the diploma must start on a new page. The total volume of work should be 50-70 pages.

Requirements for the design of a diploma thesis

All structural parts of your work must be clearly followed. The thesis material is presented exclusively in its logical sequence. All separate parts of the text are separated by paragraphs, and the terms and definitions contained in the work are separated by different lines.
As for corrections in the thesis, they are allowed, but no more than two on one page. It is better to use the editor in advance. Lines and letters in the work should be clear and precise, they should not be blurred, all lines should be black only. During the description of practice and theory, there should be notes on sources.

Errors when issuing a diploma

If we talk about the topic of the diploma thesis, then as we have already said, it should be relevant, and the results of research on such a topic should be qualitatively worked out not only in theory, but also necessarily in practice. In the work, everything should be clear and logical, there should be everything related only to this topic – the purpose of your research and its results. Also, many people devalue the work plan itself, but it is kind of like a road sign that will help you follow the logical sequence of the presentation of the material in the work.
We also do not forget about the uniqueness of the work, it should reach 60-70%. You should not use someone else’s information, while simply changing the sentence, because it can end sadly when checking the work for plagiarism.

Designing drawings, tables and graphs

Graphs, drawings, illustrations are integral elements of the thesis.
Each such element is placed only after the text in which it is mentioned. A mandatory condition is the numbering of these elements, use Arabic numerals and a serial number. Do not make graphs, drawings and illustrations too small, and sign them. Too bulky elements can be placed on separate sheets. All these materials are prepared in Word, in the “Insert” tab.
