It is quite obvious that every student tries to prepare his thesis as best as possible, because this plays an important role in its evaluation.
If we talk about the role of applications in the diploma, then it is no less significant, and by the way, teachers love it when the student’s work contains such elements, and all because it is usually a well-designed infographic with a minimum of words, instead of a maximum of beautiful illustrations, diagrams , tables and diagrams.
That is why you should not neglect such applications, because this part of the work is recommended to be included in your work.
If we are talking about the design of applications, each of them has its own specific rules, which you can read in this article.

How to sign illustrations in a diploma

Illustrations must be submitted immediately after the text in which they are mentioned or on the next page. Mark such elements with the word “Figure”, and must indicate the serial number of the illustration and the number of the section. Between the last sentence and the illustration itself, there should be an indent of one line. If the illustration is larger than the size of an A4 sheet, it is recommended to place it in the Appendices.
The number of illustrations in the thesis is determined only by the content of the work, so such elements should be used in such a way as to maintain a balance so as not to “oversaturate” the work, but also not to make them too few.

Formation of schemes in the diploma room

When a student draws up diagrams, it is worth remembering one thing: their ease of reading and maximum comprehensibility are very important, which is why it is not recommended to make small letters in the diagrams. After all, it will not be convenient for anyone to read them, it should be taken into account.
The Word program allows you to choose the layout of schemes to suit any taste, so you can experiment here, the main thing is to remember that such elements should be appropriate in your work, schemes should not be copied from other works, because it should be purely unique material.

Designing tables in the diploma room

The use of tables in the thesis can make the material more understandable and easy to understand. Tables in the work are placed immediately after the text in which they are mentioned. But in that case, if the table is quite voluminous, then it can be placed on the next page, because it is not desirable to break the table, so its meaning is lost.
Such an element is signed with the word “Table” followed by its serial number, and the title of the table is placed after a short dash, for example:  Table 1.2 – Results of surveyed users.

Double numbering is used for tables, the first: responsible for the section number, the second: for the serial number of the table in a certain section of the thesis.
Tables are separated by a blank line, below and above the table. It is also worth remembering that tables cannot end sections of the work, they must be followed by text.
As for filling out the tables, it is worth knowing that the names of headings and subheadings are always written in the singular, headings are always written with a capital letter, and subheadings, on the contrary, with a small letter. The font should be at least 10, because this way it will be clearer and more understandable. Lines that do not contain information are dashed.
Let’s not forget that the information in the tables must clearly correspond to the topic of your work, you cannot enter information that is not related to the topic, and it must be unique.

    Formation of diagrams in diploma

Diagrams complement the content of the text well, with their help you can perfectly reveal statistics and certain facts. Charts are placed immediately after the text in which they are mentioned, or after the data that the charts represent. If the diagram is too large, it is placed in the Appendices, under the serial number.
It is quite obvious that each diagram must be signed, such a name is placed above the illustration itself, it is aligned in the center, the sequence number of the diagram is placed next to it, after it the name of the element is indicated through a dash.
It is important to remember that it is also not recommended to plagiarize diagrams from other people’s works, it should be an element composed by yourself.

Illustrations, diagrams, tables and diagrams perfectly complement each thesis, and therefore their use is mandatory when writing a thesis. This is the material that is able to convey the content of your work in more detail, so you should not neglect the Appendices, because they are irreplaceable assistants for the student when creating student works.
